Back to Training

The workshop is highly interactive, with the attendees learning Mindfulness and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques for re-thinking stress, dealing with conflict and enhancing communication which they can use at work and at home. It gives everyone the strategies to cope with any type of stress before it happens, whether at home or at work. About the tutor: Alex Crow served as a policeman in the Metropolitan Police for 15 years. Then, 20 years ago he left to pursue his dreams of performing for a living. Alex decided to become a mindreader! After studying body language, psychology, NLP, hypnosis and a host of other techniques, he now travels the world performing and training.
