This Advice Note looks at situations where a landlord, Residents Management Company (RMC) or Right To Manage Company (RTM) has decided to change managing agent.
When this happens, the outgoing agent needs to handover the management of the block to the new agent. Its important to ensure this process is a smooth as possible so the block can continue to be managed successfully and effectively.
