With many managing agents now manging developments where an estate rent charge is payable by the owners, in this webinar we’ll explore rentcharges, enforcement of rentcharges in the event of non-payment (including discussion on the Upper Tribunal decision in Roberts v Lawton), and the frequent requests that are made for deeds of variation.
