Nigel joined ARMA as Chief Executive Officer in April 2016 following a varied and highly successful career in senior executive positions, including a software business start-up, investment banking, and co-founder and director for a residential property management firm. Nigel’s main responsibility is the longer term strategy and direction of ARMA and representing the Association to the outside world, particularly concerning legislation and policy.

As Chief Operating Officer, Noella is responsible for the day-to-day management of ARMA, the overall performance of the organisation and delivery of services to members.

Helen Christie Assoc Rics, FIRPM (Technical Officer )

A major part of Helen's role is to provide direct technical support to ARMA members and affiliates. She is also heavily involved in producing and reviewing ARMA's Guidance Notes for members and Lessee Advisory Notes for leaseholders. Helen also acts as Principal for ARMAs Technical Committee, Health & Safety Forum and other working groups. Helen has taken a lead in the ARMA-Q project, establishing Standards, accreditation audit processes and compliance procedures.

Yen has overall responsibilities for ARMA's events, AGM, Members' Dinner and Conference. She also books advertising in ARMA's newsletter. 

Sharon Ali AIRPM (Office Manager/PA to CEO & COO)

Sharon offers PA support to ARMA's Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer. She is the Office Manager and also acts as Clerk to the Council.

Diana West (Membership & Training Officer)

Diana looks after the membership services at ARMA and training. She deals with Member, Associate and Partner application requests and manages the applications once they have been submitted. She also manages the membership renewal process. If you have a question about joining ARMA or a training query, Diana can help.

Sean Cahill (Communications & Marketing Manager)

Sean is responsible for managing ARMA’s communications and marketing activities, including AQD (the quarterly newsletter for ARMA members), social media, website, publications and relations with the local, national and trade press. For all press and communications queries, Sean is the first point of contact.

Naomi Fletcher (Team Support Officer)

Naomi provides a variety of admin and clerical support to the Secretariat team. Providing admin support on the ARMA Conference, ACE Awards and Regional briefings and training.
