ARMA is governed by a Council of up to 12 volunteers elected by the membership.

The ARMA Council reflects the mix of small, medium and large firms in membership. They give their time free of charge and meet at least four times a year to determine ARMA business. Council reports back to the membership through an Annual General Meeting and an Annual Report.

ARMA employs a small secretariat, based in Wimbledon, London SW19, who administer ARMA's day-to-day activities. Dr Nigel Glen our part time Chief Executive (CEO) deals with outward facing policy and campaigning, Noella Morton our Chief Operating Officer (COO) is inward facing and responsible for the running of the organisation on a daily basis.

ARMA engages with everyone with an interest in leasehold property management, whether face-to-face at our annual conference, through public meetings and other industry events or through telephone advice and support.
