As the leading trade association for residential managing agents in England and Wales, we are proud to provide our Members with an opportunity to participate in the annual ARMA Benchmarking Survey that now enters its second year. 

The Survey findings provide Members with an unrivaled opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and sector through an individual business report providing detailed analysis of their business performance against fellow members.

The survey measures performance across these areas of business:

  • Income and expenses
  • Profitability
  • Portfolio data
  • Property manager ratios
  • Staffing levels
  • Comparative benchmarks

Participation is free and the Survey is anonymous.

Each member that takes part will have the opportunity to purchase the Individual Business Detail Report that analyses productivity and performance.  Comparisons can be made to other member businesses allowing detailed assessment of performance relative to that of member firms of comparable size and location.

What happens next?
